Overview
Due to the intimate, medical nature of our products, most mastectomy bras, breast forms, and medically coded products are not eligible for return once worn or removed from packaging.

Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• The product is not insurance-billed
• It is not a medical device classified as single-use or patient-specific
Custom breast prostheses (L8035) are non-returnable.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as:
• Store credit, or
• Original payment method (if applicable)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or product, we will replace it at no cost.

Insurance Orders
Insurance-billed items follow federal DMEPOS regulations and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
