Your previous bra size can give us context, but we're also considering your frame, chest wall, desired projection and the size you want to be now.
You don't have to recreate the breasts you had before surgery.
One of my favorite fittings was with a woman who had always had very small breasts. After her bilateral mastectomy, she realized she didn't have to recreate what she'd had before.
She chose larger forms.
Those were her breasts now. She got to decide what they looked like.
